Scheduling:

All services are by appointment only and must be booked at least 4 hours in advance.

Therapist Preference:

If you have a specific therapist in mind or gender preference, please let us know at the time of booking.

Privacy:

Our treatment rooms are designed for privacy and comfort. We use natural materials and follow the principles of feng shui to achieve a tranquil space that supports your well-being. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments. However, our therapists are highly skilled in draping procedures to ensure your comfort at all times.

Courtesy:

We encourage you to check in 10 minutes before your treatment time. Please take time to relax before your appointment. As a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled. Our environment is one of relaxation and peace. Please mute all electronic equipment like cell phones and pagers.

Customer Satisfaction:

If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 48 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure your satisfaction.

Age Limitations:

Our facility serves guests age 12 and above.

Gratuities:

At your discretion, gratuities may be given in appreciation of outstanding service.

Mothers-To-Be:

Please let us know if you are or may be pregnant before the start of your scheduled treatments in order to ensure our staff can make any adjustments necessary for your special needs.

Disclosure:

You have the right to know which products are used in our spa services. We will prepare a printed list of these products for your reference.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of all appointments. We reserve the right to charge a 50 percent fee for services cancelled without notice. Prices are subject to change.

Payment:

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Gift Certificates:

We are pleased to offer gift certificates in multiple denominations.
